Like the rest of the world, Glamour LDC is forced to conceptualize a “new normal” due to the advent of COVID-19 which will remain. Our protocols for the general well-being of our staff and clients were already at a bar set high but have been enhanced to adapt to the changing times.

The experience begins on arrival at airport where all our guests are briefed on all our safety pre-cautions and established standards. They will be offered hand-sanitizers for use on the spot. Staff members will be required to wear masks in public areas and safe distance will be maintained.

Through its systemwide protocols, all areas are taken into consideration including sanitization of work areas. Enhanced cleaning/disinfecting practices include a rigid cleansing programme for any surfaces that are frequently touched. Hand sanitizers and disposable gloves are used by staff.

All our vehicles are subject to a rigid sanitation schedule. Each vehicle is fully treated before and after every pickup and is equipped with hand sanitizers for passengers. Disinfectant sprays will be placed on each vehicle. Drivers will be required to wear masks and persons will be spaced out to avoid close contact with each other.

All hotels, attractions, restaurants, event locations and vendors with whom we transact business will be required to provide enhanced health and safety protocols. Site visits will be conducted where possible in line with our own guidelines.

We have ensured complete adherence to protocols established by the Jamaican Government through our Ministry of Health and wellness and enforced by the Tourism Product Company – standards oversight body for the Ministry of Tourism.
